coaching for individuals, co-parents and couples
Build the communication skills you need for your relationships, your co-parenting, and your life!
YOU’VE TRIED EVERYTHING TO IMPROVE YOUR communication, BUT NOTHING IS WORKING.
You can master the skills you need for managing conflict, engaging in effective communication, and building a life where you are free to thrive!
Here is how coaching with me is different.
Our collaboration is the springboard you need to break free from the old patterns and habits that are holding you back.
Experience Matters…
I have 25 years experience as a therapist, teaching skills for communication to individuals, couples, and co-parents. I’m thrilled to say I can now teach many of those same skills in a coaching context.
Evidence-Based Interventions
I rely on evidence-based strategies such as the Gottman Method, New Ways for Families, and Mindfulness-Based Skills.
Experienced with High-Conflict Divorce, Trauma Informed
I’m an active member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Most mental health professionals aren’t trained in the complexities of Family Court, and avoid taking on court-involved cases. I draw on my 25 years of experience as an individual and couples therapist, my training as a court-appointed Parenting Coordinator, as well as my own life lessons around divorce to help you navigate this process.
My mission is to guide individuals, co-parents and couples towards a path of personal growth and more harmonious relationships.
I use proven strategies to help you identify and create the changes you want to see in your life and in your relationships.

My Values
I create a supportive and empowering space for clients to explore, learn and grow. The values I bring to this work are key to its success:
Empathy: The ability to understand my clients’ feelings is essential to building a strong coach-client relationship. I am here for you, to connect with your feelings in a way that allows you to feel understood and supported.
Respect: respecting my clients’ feelings, perspectives, and boundaries is crucial in creating a safe and supportive coaching environment. Respect fosters trust, and helps you feel comfortable opening up and exploring your challenges.
Non-judgment: I approach my clients with an open mind and a non-judgmental attitude. Creating a judgment-free space allows you to be honest and vulnerable without fear of criticism or shame.
Authenticity: Being authentic and genuine with my clients is essential to building trust and rapport. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself, and exploring your true feelings and desires in your relationships.
