I believe that the relationship between me and my clients lies at the core of effective coaching.

From the very start of our work together, we’ll be creating a connected, judgment-free relationship that will support your journey towards your goals. With that relationship as our foundation, you’ll feel empowered to master the skills you need to create the change you need in your life and relationships.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to skills training, such as the Gottman Method, New Ways for Families, and Mindfulness that have been proven to help clients gain the tools they need to improve their lives and their relationships.

  • Therapy involves diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. I will be helping you identify areas of strength and weakness in your communication and self-regulation skills, but I will not be assessing or treating any mental health issues during coaching.   • I don’t currently see any clients in-person, I’m seeing all my coaching clients online.

  • While some attorneys may try to subpoena mental health records, it's generally unheard of for them to even ask if you're seeing a divorce coach.
